Pork producers and those affiliated with the pork industry will travel to the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, June 8-10 for the 34th World Pork Expo.
This three-day event offers educational seminars, networking opportunities and showcases pork industry innovation. The National Pork Producers Council is the event host. According to a recent press release, “We’re delighted to welcome everyone back to World Pork Expo,” said NPPC President Jen Sorensen, communications director for Iowa Select Farms in West Des Moines, Iowa. “This year’s Expo has an exceptional lineup of programming, including educational seminars and luncheons. It’s absolutely the industry’s must-attend event.”
The expo offers 360,000 square feet of exhibition space with companies from across the globe taking part in the trade show and/or offering hospitality space for networking. Registration is open at at www.worldpork.org. The event hashtag is #WPX22.
